I recently sent you information about the Neighbourhood Partnership Wellbeing Grants application form. I've been asked for clarification by several people so I just want everyone to be clear on the following point:

This Wellbeing Funding is the same funding that was previously administered by the Henbury and Brentry Community Council. I understand that last year applicants were asked to put in a letter to the Community Council in order to access this funding, which subsequently went as a recommendation to the Neighbourhood Partnership. The application process for 2011/12 which I've sent to you replaces the letter you may have put forward last year. Please be aware that the only way to access Wellbeing Funding for 2011/12 is to use the Wellbeing Application form.

It is very likely that we will have more applications than can be funded from the available Wellbeing Grant this year so we have to ask for more information and assess all applications in a consistent and fair manner.
