Henbury and Brentry's Got Talent

On Friday the 25th February the Henbury and Brentry Youth Forum hosted their first Talent show at the Henbury Social Club. All the acts were fantastic, and the standard was high with dancers, sing- ers, beat boxing, face painting, trampolining, bmxing, scootering and even a live cooking demonstration. The young people certain- ly showed that there is a lot of talent to be proud of in the area, in- cluding the dancers from the Emmanuel Chapel who didn‘t get a chance to get up on stage at the end (sorry girls) but were fab to watch, so a big well done to all the acts who showed the courage to perform . The evening included a buffet, disco, bingo and a
dancing competition all organised by the young people. The youth forum would like to thank all the per- formers, local residents, inspiring communities, staff and volunteers for their support and kindness. The Youth Forum have been asked if they will run a talent show next year and they are thinking of possible ways that this could be done. Any suggestions, or general questions please contact the youth forum at henburyandbrentryyouthforum@hotmail.co.uk or call Lisa on 0117 377 2614.
